Watershed Fitness Class Timetable

We are operating an outdoor Fitness  Class Timetable for the time being.  Fitness classes and track sessions may be booked here or via our Mobile App.

Patrons must be a minimum age of thirteen years to access the Running Track.

The cost is €4 per person aged 16 yrs and over, €2 for Older Adults and €2 for ages 13 yrs to 15 yrs.

Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition which gives you a total body workout that burns calories, strengthens and tones. Equipment Needed: Bar and set of 2.5kg Weights to start and increase if need to two 5kgs weights. One step Mat and Towel to clean down area
