Patrons must be a minimum age of sixteen years to take part in Fitness Classes.  However, we have two classes on our Timetable which cater especially for younger teens.

Teen Spin is on every Wednesday and Friday at 4pm and costs €2.50 per Class (13 years to 15 years).
