Patrons must be a minimum age of sixteen years to take part in Fitness Classes.  However, we have two classes on our Timetable which cater especially for younger teens.

  • Teen Spin: Tuesdays 4.30pm to 5pm, €2.50 per Class (13 years to 15 years)
  • Teen Spin: Thursdays 4.30pm to 5pm, €2.50 per Class (13 years to 15 years)
