*12th March 2020 - Fitness Classes are continuing as normal with the exception of Older Adults classes and Aquafit classes which have been suspended until further notice (COVID-19)

Patrons must be a minimum age of sixteen years to take part in Fitness Classes.  However, we have two classes on our Timetable which cater especially for younger teens, please look out for our Teen Spin classes on our Timetable.
