Teen Boot Camp is a daily one hour session held over the duration of one week, designed to give teenagers an introduction to a variety of fitness classes plus information and instruction on exercising safely effectively.
For all young adults aged 13 to 17 years
Designed to provide an introduction to safe use of gym equipment
With sessions including Spinning, TRX, HITT, Kettlebells, Pilates & Boxercise
