Ready For Boot Camp?!

Teen Boot Camp is a daily one hour and fifteen minute session held over the duration of one week, designed to give teenagers an introduction to a variety of fitness classes plus information and instruction on exercising safely effectively.

  • €45 per person per week

  • For all young adults aged 13 to 17 years

  • Designed to provide an introduction to safe use of gym equipment

  • With sessions including Spinning, TRX, HITT, Kettlebells, Pilates & Boxercise

Don’t forget that you can supplement your boot camp experience by attending one of our special teen fitness classes which are held throughout the year.
