Strength & Conditioning for Youths

We have a new five week Strength & Conditioning Course for the thirteen to fifteen year old age group starting on Monday 16th July.  An A to Z in sports specific strength and conditioning. Learn how to get stronger, faster and fitter and reduce your risk of injury during the season.  This course is delivered by James Quinn (MSc Strength & Conditioning) who has a wealth of S&C coaching experience with inter county and national level athletes. Sessions take place twice a week, on Mondays at 10:45am and Wednesdays at 11:45am.  The fee is €60 for all ten sessions but you drop-ins are also very welcome.  For more information, please contact James.
