Happy St Patrick’s Day everyone!
A little different this year, but still a day to be proud to be Irish! .
Hope you enjoyed the workout we posted yesterday and there are lots more to come. Today’s challenge is not necessarily a physical one. No doubt there are many who are struggling with the disruption to daily life, this feeling is normal. If you can do one thing for yourself today, remember to relax, breathe and know that this will pass.
There are many things we can do to look after our minds as well as our bodies. Connect with friends and family (Skype, FaceTime, Phone or write), cook a nice meal, listen to podcasts, have an at home pamper session, finish that box set, write, practise some deep breathing or if you want to be active - get out for a long walk in the fresh air or stay home and tackle that garden shed, those boxes in the attic that need sorting or go through your wardrobe and start bagging up unwanted clothes for charity. Today’s challenge is to be kind to yourself and relax. We’ve got this!Back to News
