Customer Update (COVID19)

Hello everyone, we hope you are keeping safe and well in this latest phase of Lockdown. As you know, we had to close on New Years Eve and must remain so until further notice. It’s not the start to the New Year we had all hoped for, but if we all #holdfirm for that little bit longer, we will get through it.

We emailed all members to inform them that memberships are automatically frozen and Direct debit memberships paused from January 1st. If anyone has a query about this or any other matter, please don’t hesitate to get in touch.

In recognition of Level 5 restrictions and in order to minimise bringing staff members in to work to record classes, we decided not to provide this service so that we can keep our staff members as safe as possible.

We would not have a business without the loyalty and support of all our many members, Pay As You Go customers, Schools, Clubs and Group users, our Active Retired community and all the many many Individuals who help make The Watershed such a central part of the local community. We miss you and are beyond grateful to you all.

We will post further updates as they occur. In the meantime stay safe and remember to check in with the elderly and more vulnerable members of our community and those living alone - a short phone call is all it takes.
