We wanted to reach out to you following the latest Government Announcement regarding the continuation of Level 5 restrictions until Friday March 5th.

If you are a Paid In Full Member, we can confirm that the duration of this lockdown period (63 days/January 1st to March 4th inclusive) will be added to your membership once we reopen on March 5th as per the government guidelines. Please note – your Membership reactivates on March 5th and you will have access on this day.

If you are a Direct Debit Member, we can confirm that your next Direct Debit payment will be taken on April 1st and the amount will be reduced by four days to reflect our reopening on March 5th as per the government guidelines. You do not need to do anything, all bank administration is being taken care of by us. Please note – your Membership reactivates on March 5th and you will have access on this day but you will not pay anything until April 1st.

Until then remember that you can contact us here on our website, our social media pages or mobile app, if there is anything that you want to discuss. It may not be possible to answer telephone calls or receive voicemails due to the limited number of staff that are working. Please download our app for free from the Apple App or Google Play Store.

We hope that you and your families are all keeping safe and well and in good spirits as the country continues to battle the pandemic. We want you to know we are extremely grateful to have you as a member and really appreciate your continued support. We are excited for our reopening and look forward to seeing you again soon.
