Brace yourselves - the workouts are coming!
From this Monday onwards we will share different workouts or challenges to encourage everyone to keep motivated and active. Remember we are all in this together and that there is absolutely no cause for unnecessary worry. We can look after ourselves by getting plenty of fresh air and exercise, eating a healthy diet and being responsible about hand washing, hygiene, respiratory etiquette and social distancing. We’ve totally got this!! Most importantly let’s remember the more vulnerable members of our community, keep in contact with anyone living alone and offer help where needed.
REMEMBER “It takes a lot of energy to be negative, you have to work at it. But smiling is painless, I’d rather spend my energy smiling”.
