Younger Teens Keeping Fit!
Our Younger Teen Fitness Time occurs from 4pm to 5:30pm from Monday to Friday and from 2pm to 4pm on Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays. During this time, we welcome clients who are aged from thirteen to fifteen years to our fitness gym.
Our aim is to provide an introduction to the safe use of gym equipment and an education in exercising for good health and well-being.
Clients are also given a mini-fitness program, are fully supervised during their time in the gym and are expected to finish their workout by 5:30pm mid-week and 4pm on weekends and bank holidays.
The charge per session is €5 and our promotion on gym tickets where three sessions can be purchased for the price of two applies.
You do not need to book ahead to avail of Younger Teen Fitness Time, but we will restrict numbers according to the limits set by the Government in line with current Coronavirus safety precautions. Each person will need to complete a Self Declaration/Contact Tracing Form for each visit.
