Teen Fitness Hour
Younger Teens Keeping Fit!
Our Younger Teen Fitness Time occurs twice daily in two separate sessions. The first session is from 2pm to 3pm and the second from 3:15pm to 4:15pm, from Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays). On Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays, our Teen Fitness session is from 2pm to 4pm. During this time, we welcome clients who are aged from thirteen to fifteen years to our Gym but numbers are limited as to the amount of teen gym customers that can be admitted during any session.
Our aim is to provide an introduction to the safe use of gym equipment and an education in exercising for good health and well-being.
Clients are also given a mini-fitness program, are fully supervised during their time in the gym and are expected to finish their workout by by the end of the Teen Gym Session - outside of Teen Gym Hours, access is strictly over sixteen years only.
The charge per session is €6.
