Teens Keeping Fit!
Our Teen Fitness Hour occurs daily during the week, Monday to Friday from 2pm to 4pm. During this time, we welcome younger teens from thirteen to fifteen years to our fitness gym.
Our aim is to provide an introduction to the safe use of gym equipment and an education on exercising for good health and well-being.
Clients are also given a mini-fitness program and fully supervised during their time in the gym.
