Chief Executive
Member of the team since 2010. Tina first started with The Watershed as Finance Manager before taking over the role of Chief Executive in 2018 on the retirement of our first CEO Dermot Gaynor.
Amanda Menton
Communications Manager, Gym Manager
Member of the team since 2009. Amanda’s areas of responsibility include Advertising, Customer Communications, Eventbrite bookings, Customer Service, Age Friendly, Child Safeguarding and Gym and Fitness Class operations.

Member of the team since 2023, Ronan’s areas of responsibility are Front of House and all facility bookings i.e. Athletics Track, Grass Pitch, Astroturf Pitches and Sports Hall.
