The Watershed has uniquely qualified instructors to help you achieve your personal sporting goals whether it’s to feel the burn, work-out solo or join in the fun of a dancercise class.

Classes are generally taught in six or twelve week modules. Interested participants are advised to book in advance - however - places may still be available for those who do not wish to block book, please call or drop in and enquire.

Some of our Fitness Classes are described below, however. please do not hesitate to contact the Fitness Office for more information on all our Classes! We have six fully qualified, experienced and enthusiastic instructors to provide advice and support to all our patrons.

Body Blitz Boot Camp

Cardiovascular and Body Conditioning Programme, results guaranteed!

Abs, Bums 'n' Tums

An excellent combo of exercises to focus on strengthening those key muscles, the legs, bum and and the central core - this class pushes and motivates to achieve a more toned, slender looking you.

Circuits

Intended for all levels and ages with women only classes also available.  Push yourself to your limit on our tailor made circuit courses to burn fat, increase strength and increase cardiovascular endurance levels - be a fitter healthier you!  Also Introducing a Fitness Pilates Circuit class new this Autumn.

Dance Aerobics

Custom designed dance routines to get you pumping to the beat - a fun way to learn dance, tone up and get fit.

Spin Cycling

A guaranteed heart raising, fat burning workout that's easy on the joints/limbs - cycle your way to a better lookinyou!

Kids Classes

Kiddie's dance and fitness classes to encourage your child to keep healthy and active!

Running Club

Following the Chi Running Programme, our Running Club, welcomes all ages and experience levels.  Chi Running combines the inner focus and flow of T'ai Chi with the power and energy of running to create a revolutionary new approach to effortless injury free running.
